Operation fee for installation of water & electric meter 15,000 Baht shall be responsible by the purchaser.
* Additional land / reduction by 60,000.- / sq.wa. (70,000 THB for Plot opposit garden)

Sinking Fund 1,000 Baht/Sq.wa. one time payment on Transfer Ownership- registration fee for ownership transfer Seller agrees to split the payment in half.
