Springfield Beach Resort Condo

As mentioned, I have a duplex penthouse at Springfield Beach Resort Condo in Cha-am, Hua Hin, for a client who is looking for a large penthouse with panoramic views of the sea. Renovations inside the penthouse were completed in 2017.

The duplex penthouse is on a high floor very spacious (slightly over 260 sqm, no columns or structures), and the high ceiling living room provides a scenic and panoramic view of the Gulf of Thailand. It features 3 bedrooms (one downstairs, 2 upstairs) – all with ensuite bathrooms. In the master bedroom, an outdoor jacuzzi is available for those who want to have a closer feel of the seabreeze while soaking in the tub.
